ASAP Assistance - Your on demand assistant - Virtual Assistant


ASAP Assistance is owned and operated by Julie Phylis of Bedford,
Massachusetts.  

Julie has been a Virtual Assistant since 2004.  Since becoming a Virtual
Assistant Julie has worked with Real Estate Agents, Photographers, and
Marketing companies.

Some of the tasks Julie has completed as a Virtual Assistant include, data
entry, spreadsheet creation, courier service, proofreading, e-newsletters,
creation of Facebook business pages and reminder service.  Julie has
experience working with MS Word, Excel, Constant Contact, Top Producer, and
additional programs.  Julie is always willing to learn a new program, method, or
software so she can better serve her clients.

In her spare time, Julie enjoys working in her garden, camping, volunteering at
her children's schools, and spending time with her family.
